We practice physical balance everyday, it comes without us really having to use it.  It’s been programmed into our muscle reactions since the day we began.  It still needs practice to increase but there is a balance baseline somewhere. 

Yet balance in the mental state is still widely ignored or bypassed, particularly by western society.  Even for a ‘normal’ human being finding mental balance is hard, whether it’s between work and life, managing stress levels or just having general control of reeling it in when your balance does get slightly out of whack.

I’m exercising the balance in my brain.  Or atleast I’m trying to.  But it’s incredibly difficult.

No worries if you are too, we all struggle to maintain perfect balance, physically and mentally on an ongoing basis, just take solstice in knowing practice and patience only increases our abilities over time.
